Pleasant, helpful staff no matter what time of day or night you arrive. Have used your parking facilities many times and have never been disappointed.

Been using Callerton twice a year for the past 10 years. Having missed last year was surprised it had joined with airparks. Service was terrible. Had to wait 20 minutes for bus to turn up in. Late at night and cold only to be told there was no room on bus, he could fit 3 of us in but 1 would have to wait. How ridiculous. Needless to say we wont use them again. Callerton was a friendly little place and all drivers extremely friendly .

Took far too long when checking the car in. Was told it had not been booked in. Even though I had all the details. Chap appeared to be clueless. However drivers to and from airport were superb. Then on collection of my car chap was such a jobs worth. Bearing in mind I was the only one collecting their car at this time. Bring back the old callerton with the old shabby hut the service was always quick efficient and most of all friendly.

The busses do not carry enough passengers. A large crowd took ages to get transported and it was raining. Very haphazard as to sorting out which passengers they are taking and to where, from the airport. The shelters are totally inadequate as people leave trollies in them and they are too small anyway.

Staff where friendly but when booking the car in was told to sit in the car and wait for the transfer bus? we replied how can we when you now have the car keys, was told customers usually leave their cars unlocked? (well I don't) When returning after holiday the transfer bus dropped off their customers at park and fly first where someone took our case off the bus without us knowing, when we reached Callerton parking the driver had to phone to find our case which was at the roadside he went to retrieve it while we went to get our car key, was then told that they couldn't find the car key, when they found it they had to then go and find our car : Not good, have been told that all of the car parks in the area including callerton are now owned by the airport?

My experience when collecting the call was a problem. Although the parking was informed of my arrival time the car had not been moved from the pound to the drive away point. The office had lost my keys. After 20 mins the managed turn up and apologised for the delay and said fill out this form and discount vouchers would be sent to me for future us.

No one there when we arrived, had to ring to check we where in the right place. Driver was not pleasant. When we returned the side door to the mini bus was broken and someone was inside holding it so it didn't fly open !!! We won't be using callerton again.

The only good thing was that the transport to and from the airport was on time. The man who took us to the airport early morning was chatty and friendly, the man who picked us up at the airport 8.30pm was not quite so friendly, when back at the car park he removed a suitcase from the back of the van and one of my suitcases bounced to the floor (no apology). Our Car has been damaged on the passenger side door handles, I think it has been parked too close. The paint has been taken back to bare metal, these are small marks so were not noticed until the following morning in better light. I would not use this park again or recommend to friends and family.

I arrived at 5 in the morning to be met with surly and unresponsive staff. The place itself is a shambles, with what appears to be no real order regarding the parking of cars. On my return, there were a number of people waiting for the bus, after 10/15 minutes one bus appeared, leaving half of the people still waiting. They only appeared to have one bus operating !!!!! Trying to get my car was also a shambles, cars parked in front of it, with no one able to get keys to move them. All in all a disgrace, would not use them again, rather pay an extra few pounds.

Deceitful, dishonest and untrustworthy are just a few of the words I would use for Callerton Parking. We left our 6 month old Qashqai with them last week and when we returned the car was parked in such a way that the front of the vehicle was not accessible which meant we have to go around the back of the car to passenger side and reverse out of car park. Next day we noticed a white substance on the front bumper passenger side, on closer inspection the car was badly scratched and had been covered over with silicon wax which had dried white in the sun! We immediately rang Callerton parking who denied all knowledge of damage to the car. We took the car back to the carpark where the owner said it may have been done by an employee who had an eye infection and had damaged a few cars lately!! He said as a gesture of good will he would get the car painted but refused to replace the bumper, the repairs had to be done at his usual repair center!! How many other cars have been damaged here and the owners not told and left to drive off NEVER NEVER use this carpark
